5 tips for core exercises

  • Quality is more important than Quantity.
  • Engage the core muscle as you want at the right time.
  • Keep on the neutral position ( = not over bend / extend ) and Control your spine movement.
  • Continue the exercise without any pain and Stop it if the exercise makes your pain worsen.
  • Repeat 6 - 10 reps, 3 - 5 sets.
