Good sitting posture

  1. Sit down on a chair, Tilt your pelvis backwards as much as possible you can.
  2. Tilt your pelvis forward as much as possible you can (over correcting) and then release 10%.

Do not have a same posture for long time ( = You don't always have to have good sitting posture)

Good head position

  1. Place you index finger on your chin.
  2. Leave a 1cm gap between your index finger and your chin (Chin tuck ).

Retract shoulder blade(s) 

  1. Sit down on a chair with placing your hands on thighs.
  2. Retract your shoulder blades.

Avoid over-pulling your elbows. Be careful, as moving from the elbows can lead to shoulder movement.

 

If it's difficult to move, try putting one hand in front of your shoulder and practicing moving your shoulder away from your hand.

Lateral shift

  1. With your solar plexus as the center, shift your body to the side. Feel your weight transfer to one side of your buttocks.

Good standing up

Initiate the movement by tilting your pelvis forward.

Ensure your weight evenly distributed on both legs when you stand up.

Keep your knees and toes pointing in the same direction.
